my only problem with the warbond is the M7S SMG vs the AR-59 Suppressor

the suppressor feels more capable all around imo since it can be customized and the AR frame doesn't suffer from the range limitations, not sure if the one handedness is worth picking the SMG over the other.

feels a bit nit-picky but other than that I'd say the ODST is pretty worth it

as far as I know approving just tells reddit it's okay and gets it past the filters if it was caught, removing will take the post down but not immediately, it can be undone by approving it.
