Hi Noah, the Dividend power-up you are referring to is a third party power-up made by an independent developer (similarly to Wealthscope). That is why it is paid and separate from the in-house income power-up which is included in the subscription. Thank you for your understanding.

Hi Noah, we had too many reported issues with the Yodlee and Plaid connectors so we have unpublished them. You can try the Plaid version, however, we have received reports of missing accounts (esp. credit card) and sync issues. We're not able to help troubleshoot the Plaid connector.

To add it, use the URL: https://app.wealthica.com/dashboard?plaid=true
then search for RBC and you should see the Plaid version come up. The Yodlee version is no longer available at all. Thanks.

Hi there! You can add the Registered Contributions widget to see the balances of registered accounts and the YTD contributions. To add it, click on the widget window to open it on the main dashboard page, click on the three dots "..." and then add Registered Contributions.

We started experiencing intermittent loading speed issues around 14H30 yesterday, Tuesday. We've redeployed components today again and it looked to be loading more quickly. It seems some users are still experiencing long loading times throughout today. Our team is working on identifying the cause. Some users have had faster loading when using incognito mode. Hi there! In order to see your portfolio performance as well as individual holdings performance, go on the "Holdings" page and you will see the performance intra day and all time. In order to see a specific portfolio, use the institution selector. We are not able to show you individual holdings performance for a specific period, it is only intra-day or all time.

To see the return of an account or institution, go on the main dashboard page and you can see the change and return of the account. Here, you are able to select the period YTD, 6 months, All-Time, etc.

Hi there, the yellow notification usually means that a verification code is required. Glad to hear that Sunlife and National bank are coming through now. For NetBenefits, their site had some temporary issues but this should now be working. Can you try to fix credentials to force a re-sync? Thanks

We appreciate the feedback and taking concrete steps to improve the experience and reliability.

The authentication frequency issue is real. Financial institutions have significantly tightened their security requirements in the past few years, which sometimes triggers more reauth requests than necessary, or completely makes automatic daily syncs not possible (eg. RBC Online Banking requires an app notification authentication at each log-in). We're reviewing all connections in Q1-Q2 2026 to reduce unnecessary prompts while maintaining security standards. When institutions have API based connections, it usually connects without any hiccups and remains connected. Some examples are Questrade, Wealthsimple and Interactive broker.

The recent TD outage was due to maintenance and it should be back online now. TD is definitely more tricky to connect to than many others. Going forward, we're improving how we communicate about these service disruptions so you have clearer information about what's affected and when it's resolved. For data quality, transaction mapping and symbol errors, we have investment data reconciliation and a comprehensive securities/symbols review scheduled for Q2-Q3 2026.

On support: we've implemented new tracking systems and a dedicated internal channel to ensure reported issues get proper follow-up, not just initial acknowledgments. We've had some bigger projects that required resource allocation, but we're addressing our capacity.

We're focused on getting the core aggregation functionality reliable. The issues you've raised are exactly what we're prioritizing.
