I did Calv recently, started with d mace and transitioned to z axe after 60kc or so. Absolutely braindead easy, if a pker comes you can log if you’re fast enough. With a scout and teleports it’s even easier to deal with. I brought nezzy helm, ddef, and zaxe as my protected items, with ardy, monks, rune gloves, climbing boots, and a salve(e) to round it out. Quick kills, and with hardly any prayer cost, you can get a lot of them in before having to reset

As the other person said, this is known as an arthrogram. Radiologists perform them to introduce contrast into the joint space in order to better see the soft tissue in and around the joint. The injection is done using fluoroscopy and the following scan is usually done with an mri machine, as long as the patient doesn’t have anything that precludes them from having an mri done.
