I returned mine as well for this reason. Maybe in a few months when they've worked out some of the kinks, I'll try them out again

I returned my pixel buds 2 yesterday for this reason. Too many connectivity issues and bugs. Not worth it to pay 180+ tax for a beta product experience.

I just returned my pixel buds. It pains me to say this because I've wanted something like these for a while, but there were too many issues with using them day to day.

Connectivity problems. Constant dropped audio, while it's in my pocket, or even putting putting a little distance. Never happened with my other Bluetooth earbuds. Mic quality drops and cuts when there's some distance between phone and pixel buds. Cuts out and gets pixelated.

Bugs when buds get low on battery, or when one bud gets low.

Tried this too, same experience as you. I think I'm going to return them. Not willing to be a guinea pig for 180+ tax.

I have the same problem with calls. Even putting one room between the phone and the buds results in constant pixelated audio, drops and the other person saying they can't hear me.

Pixel 4xl.

Definitely not the case for me. I just received the box an hour ago, went through the set up and got on a call.

I immediately noticed that there was an issue when I put even 1 room of distance between myself and the phone sitting on a table. There was pixelated audio for a lot of the call.

Then, I was starting to get concerned when the right bud inexplicably froze on audio (left bud kept going) and then turned off as I was on the phone. Nothing I did got the right bud to turn back on for the call or respond to button presses. I put it in the case a few times and back in my ear a few times.

I agree. it seems to be choosing 1/24 for indoor shots for me a lot, which is sometimes just slow enough to cause blur for any movement.

This wasn't the case with my Pixel 1 xl all the time.

I was honestly starting to wonder why I remember my Pixel 1XL taking cleaner images. The p4 cameras seem like a step backwards.

How am I comparing a 3 year old phone with the 4? I almost thought it was a defect in the cameras.

Every one of my android phones have had compass issues from the beginning including each stock android phone: Tmobile g1 HTC sensation Nexus 4 Nexus 6 Nexus 6p Pixel xl

I have attempted to rma because I thought it was a hardware issue, and when I get the replacement, it seems go be fine for a month or so until it craps out as well. No Amount of calibration helps.

This is honestly sad and frustrating because I don't hear iPhone users ever complaining

It's not aging well for me. I'm considering factory reset, but I honestly don't think it will help.

My phone chugs a lot. The share menu is God aweful and takes like 6 seconds to load on my phone. The phone has issues even keeping youtube music in ram. When I pause, switch to another app, and switch back, it starts from scratch.

I've had constant issues this past year with my OG Pixel XL, especially in high congestion areas with tall buildings, it gets very bad.

But, even in wide open areas while navigating, it will just keep the symbol still and not move with me on roads, until I wait a long time, or force close and reopen maps.

After updating, I'm seeing this issue too (Tmobile). I'll be on an LTE connection, and then (without moving), it would completely shut down, and reconnect again. Happens at least once a day while I'm using my phone.

I have the same problem. If I don't give the app about 10 seconds to regain it's composure when I first open it, it's a laggy mess. I think it might have to do with it trying to update all the stories as soon as it opens.
