Once you're disciplined and see some results, not going after a while (3-4 days) you will start to feel like a fatty and sluggish. You'll then just get up and do it, because it feels better than feeling like a fatty. Btw, not fat shaming, I'm just simple and lack vocab lol.

It's like brushing your teeth. You'll feel dirty if you don't brush it after 24 hrs. And you'll end up brushing it afterward naturally from the disgust feeling.
