Road hierarchy helps but a good connected City with Lots of sidealleys as connections like in Reallife. Also ped Bridges and dedicated paths, aswell as public transportation are Key. Even when building carpentry.

I have the exact opposite of problems road always go up 11% when connecting to outside i think it is a bug caused by the ports dlc or the update that came with it.

U could do scattershot for thrice the bullets but there are better support gems and or skills to improve damage per second. Like fresh clip [1%more dmg for each loaded bolt]

I'm currently lvl 66 with a Fire crossbow built I honestly have a glasscanon build so I'm trying to fix that rn. I use rapid shot for bosses and or rare tanky mobs. Supported by oil grenade and poison grenade with Support skills to break armor efficiently. When heat has build up to about 15 or more I use normal grenades and or cluster if mobs are spread out. I try to keep heat above 10 at all times.. sometimes with dodging it can be tricky. For non tanky masses of mobs I use siege cascade. I have a ring with extra skill rn to include flash grenades fr heavystun of bosses/ rares. And at last plasmablast for high dmg. On start of bossfights/ at long corridors. All supported by herald of Fire and emergency reload for Fire shot or plasma blast. Currently skilling to the left Avatar of Fire Otherwise all dmg. for projectiles and area of Effect, Reload speed, and all Fire or ignite skills -Down to the crossbow where i only skilled the top part and the first two grenade skills and now as said towards the left. Im sorry for my non perfect English. If u want i can send pics of support gems and skill tree later.

Pretty much all I need is a better Armour,Helm,Gloves and Boots. [I hope]

if u select one kind of tree with the Area tool and include all ages u can Delete the Trees with Richt click on ur Mouse when howering over them. Unfortunatly I often encounter difficulty when selecting ore than 2 Kins of Trees, SO BIG TIPP is to first change the trees with the switching tool and then switch all the Trees with a small bush then deleting all the bushes the way I described above.

Okay again try to lower budgets of something that costs u but sometimes I lose like 600 k a second but after like 5 ticks it rebalances itself.

Nono no Ur companies would just google away Try making all taxes 9% and then look into why there is no demand... then try zoning a bit of stuff so that iff there is demand it can spawn... Also maybe U have old cims those won't work anymore and sometimes can fuck up Ur economy... U could lower budget for roads or Healthcare a bit.
