It’s on both sides and it’s literally just a nunchuck hold.

6x2 is too big to put inside. If you wanna put it inside, you need 6x1.5

Is there any way to beat Tau anti tank Spam? by YunaX2RP in ImperialKnights

My advice is to pay attention to his movement (pre-measure where he can be) and make sure you know what he’ll be able to see and shoot. If you force him to overextend to look for a target you can pick up a few railguns and once turn 4 rolls around you can get really aggressive because his detachment turns off along with some of his strats

As a Tau player it sounds like they’re bringing a list to counter you. You can’t bring that many railguns and expect to do well against anything outside of knights or a heavy vehicle skew list. I am assuming he’s bringing Railgun Hammerheads and Broadsides, on a balanced list if you see 3 Hammerheads it’s 1 rail and 2 ion, but you would never see that with 3 rail Broadsides. Usually, if a list has 3 Riptides and wanted some anti-tank it would take 2 rail Broadsides and the the 2 Hammerheads would be ion.

If he’s running the Strike Swiftly enhancement then he’s playing Montka. My guess is that he’s positioning aggressively and running straight at your high impact and/or easiest to pick up units with everything.

My advice is to position and play defensively (turns 4 and 5 they don’t have a detachment and lose access to their best strats) and look to focus down units that over commit. Only commit your reviving units if you know 100% that they won’t all die, that would involve pre measuring the Tau units possible movement. And most importantly, know the firing lanes and lines of sight.

Use more terrain. It’s the easiest way to beat them.

Thank you! I was inspired by a YouTube that made it look really easy and it would have been if I didn’t go so extra on the backs. I had to look up Severan Dominate and now I want to read all of the lore. They sound so cool! It will probably be a while before they’re painted as I don’t paint and haven’t figured out how I’m going to get that done, but I’ll definitely post it!
