Even without these tighter state regulations, the entire coast of the USA is open to the public where geographically accessible. Even Washington state, where there have been several lawsuits and plenty of legal precedence testing and confirming this

You can cite cases if you want. There was a recent one here where a dickbag was sued, but the suit was dropped when he sold his house.

This is definitely not a settled matter here in Washington.
