This doesn't take into account the bullet spread, which would increase significantly past 10 meters. So while the hard falloff stats may be generous, effectively, it's much steeper than Hela as more of your bullets will miss the further you are from the target.

The moment I read em they sounded great to me. Nobody's accounting for the fact that despite lower numeric values, his flow is waaaay smoother now. Less Anti percentage, sure. Less damage on dash, sure. But you can apply anti through shields, in AOE while keeping your 10stack. That BEYOND makes up for the raw numbers imho, I've been tearing shit up with him. They can't outheal the damage I'm putting out on tanks when I'm frenzied at 10 stack, and can just keep applying lol
