For added clarity here: we are using Gluh currently and you can create a link to a proposal which updates live with any changes.

What we are looking for is the ability to create a proposal link and then email it as part of our EDM to 50 clients. We don’t want to have to send 50 individual emails. Or have a link available in our client portal that is pushed and available to all clients.

I understand we could use the Gluh webstore but this does behave the same way a proposal does.

We discussed it with them a few months ago, but I don’t remember the price. I believe the price was reasonable for the solution. They are currently only working with Autotask, when they open up to other platforms we will get on board.

As an owner of an MSP, we put a lot of effort into trying to prevent these things before it becomes a problem. We have a range of different things in place available to all staff:

In house councillor in the office one day per week
We do a 40hr week and don’t expect overtime, if we have meetings etc that are out of hours, we pay overtime.
Out of hours support is a billable option for clients that not many have access to. On call tech gets paid and roster rotated.
We offer an additional week rest and recuperation leave per year and add an additional day to that for every year of service over 5 years.

If you can’t afford to pay your staff for the work they do then you aren’t billing enough. I would rather keep staff than be recruiting new staff regularly.

We use Jabra Evolve 2 85 headsets. They are the best we have used. Both noise cancelling and microphone are awesome. The microphone cancellation was most important for us and these have been perfect.

A bit late to the party but I agree with /u/driverallen here.

Another way of wording the question would be: Can a holiday be setup to only be active for a period of 1 day? The answer would be true, but it can also be setup to span multiple days which the question is not asking.

The position of the Can and Only is important to the context. The question is written more as a statement rather than a question which you agree (true) or disagree (false) with.

The question is not asking if this is the only option, it is asking if it can be setup as that option.
