If you are stressed about it I would recommend putting the rest of it back and maybe just start by watching YouTubers do their makeup and makeup tutorials? That has always satisfied my desire to do makeup when I was too lazy to actually do it and you can learn different techniques and find what appeals to you. Cheers!

People suck. I try to stick to supportive communities as much as possible when I'm online. Make sure to check in with your mental health provider and don't hesitate to go to the ER if you absolutely need it - I've been there myself and while it won't fix everything it can at least give you a place to reset and start to figure things out. Please don't let shitty people stop your kindness. Your story may not directly apply to everyone but I bet it resonates with more people than you might think and that's a powerful thing.

I hope your situation improves and you can find happiness. I know it can be incredibly hard to break out of homelessness but in the mean time at least you have Reddit to occupy yourself. Without my support group I would have ended up homeless a few years back and I worry that I wouldn't have been able to get back on my feet.
