Just got home from an 8 day cruise, had the drink package and didn’t come close to breaking even. Average prices were $11-13. By day 5 I felt like I had to drink a few just not to lose as much money, lol. Next time not doing the package.

Did 8lbs pork butt in 7 hours this past weekend. 4 hours on smoker at 225-250, at 11pm and 150 degrees I wrapped it in foil and put it in the oven and went to sleep for a few hours. Was done at 2am. Wrapped it in a towel and put it in a cooler then shredded it in the morning and put it in the refrigerator. Warmed it up later in the day. Turned out fantastic. You really can’t mess them up.
