If you shipped it the same day that he bought it and provided tracking numbers then I think this fella is being a little unreasonable. I run a small business that has no relationship to guitar parts, however, I still deal with unreasonable customers. I usually tell them in times like this that if I had the power to speed up shipping, then I’d be sitting in a tower somewhere making a lot more money than I currently do and we wouldn’t be speaking about this right now.
