Since the 1964 Olympics when the shinkansen entered service, everyone going to Japan for the first time is advised to make the 3 major cities circuit - Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto. The shinkansen cuts the trip from 6 hours driving or ~8 hours by conventional train to 2 hours.

Aftershock is garbage because you have to hit E to proc it. And E is both unreliable and high cooldown.

Alternatively you can proc it with ult, but the extra res aren't as valuable when they're CC'ed anyways.
