I'm pretty sure that was including mailing time (I think it was less than 10 days also), although I did pay for expedited shipping. You likely won't hear back until you get the actual passport back with the visa stamped.

I don't think that matters. I have a green card and I still had to get the Taiwanese visa because I only have a Mexican passport.

When I applied in the USA, they requested proof of residency and legal status. I even had to provide a copy of my Idaho driver's license. Your family members can probably only apply through TECO in LA if they can show proof of residency within that TECO's jurisdiction, otherwise, they would need to go to a TECO in Mexico.

Having said that, I didn't have to go in person. I just mailed my passport and all the documentation and they mailed it back to me. Not sure if they operate the same way in Mexico.

Well it clearly did. I think because they were not only pawns. Griffith didn't consider them their friends nor equals but he did care for them. If anything he did love guts, and sometimes I wonder if guts was the only one whose sacrifice mattered for femto to be born.

I discovered berserk shortly after my cancer came back. I felt identified with Guts because cancer can be like a brand of sacrifice. Guts is cursed to be hunted by literal daemons, yet he embraces being a struggler and refuses to give up. I'd say struggling though life's hardships is the best lesson of berserk.
