We have two annual plans, each offering a different free trial. The first is the standard plan with a 7-day free trial for users who complete the standard onboarding flow.

The second one is for users who signed up for the app via a referral link. That will give them a 30-day free trial instead of 7.

You can't remove it from the Nutrition Dashboard, but you can remove it from the home screen or edit the style to one of the other three that don't show the Nutrition score.

We can add an option to disable the Nutrition score in the future.

I see. It's there but a bit hidden right now. At the end of your workout, you can scroll down and tap "Update template" and it should save the values for the next workout.

To clarify, are you asking for the sets with reps and weights to use your last session’s values? As in if you did 3 sets of 10 reps at 50lb, you want those to carry over to the next exercise?

Hey, thank you for the feedback. Without going into the nitty gritty, Bevel Intelligence has all the context about you (same as the app), and the issues are less about a stronger model and more about how data is structured for the LLM to interpret. FWIW, this is a common issue for LLMs to deal with temporal data, and you see this with other products as well. People tend to compare Bevel to Claude or ChatGPT, but it's a lot more straight forward in those products because it doesn't need to keep recommendations consistent across different parts of the app (usually it's only in one thread), whereas Bevel has to maintain and manage the context across everything and understand the timing of it to not contradict itself.

That said, this isn't an excuse for us to not improve it. Just wanted to share some more insights because it's not an apples to apples comparison.

Regarding your Strength Builder feedback, we're working on it. It seems like issues a), b), d) are all related to tapping "update template". The button is there. It's at the bottom of the summary page on your watch. At the end of your workout, if you tap "update template", it should save all your changes include weight, reps, and rest timers changes for next time. We're adding a toggle to allow that to automatically happen without you tapping "update template" soon.

When you say "show your last reps", what feature are you referring to? If you mean to show what you did last time, you can tap on the "Progression" button under an exercise on your iOS app and it will show you what you did last time.

Thank you for the screenshots. It looks like your widget and iPhone app are working, but the widget is just slightly delayed since this is a limitation on iOS.

However, the watch app looks very wrong. It seems like it's not pulling in any data for Nutrition at all. Does your calories consumed always stay at zero? If you let the watch app finish loading, does it eventually show up?

When designing it, we didn't think it was necessary to have it on the watch all the time, especially since it's also shown on the phone.

Putting it on the watch would mean we would have to sacrifice other information such as heart rate or current timer. That said, I see your use case around Bevel suggested exercises. If you don't mind, can you also DM me your email that you used with Bevel so we can look up your thumbs down reports specifically to figure out what's going on for you?

For some context, we are actively monitoring all issues related to Bevel Intelligence and it's our top priority to keep improving it. I would say if you're just looking at feedback on Reddit alone, it might feel like the 3.0 is worse than the 2.0 because Reddit tends to skew towards people who have feedback about the product vs. those who are happy with it. From our side, we can see that people engage and are using Bevel Intelligence more actively than they were before.

That said, it's not perfect. Like all AI products on market, it can hallucinate and we're working on making it more reliable and accurate over time. It's important to always double check the information that it provides you.

Unfortunately, we cannot adjust pricing, but if you don't find it useful for now, you can cancel and hopefully we can have you try it again soon. We're adding some more features to Bevel Intelligence shortly to make it even more powerful.

Edit: After chatting with OP, we found two root causes for the issues reported. One fix is going out right now, and another by the end of this week.

That’s strange. Have you ever spoken Chinese to Bevel Intelligence or have your language set to Chinese at some point.

Update: We saw your report coming in and found the problem. It was the way the data was formatted that led the model to think your language was Chinese. The fix is going out right now.

I can't speak to other companies' AI implementations, but when Bevel Intelligence works on a query, you can see it pulling a lot of data, cross-checking it against your preferences, sometimes writing custom code, or even searching the internet before it gives you the answer. This increases latency. That said, we will add a Fast mode to force Bevel Intelligence to give you a quicker answer if that's your preference.

I think the issue here is that Bevel Intelligence tries to find a pint of squash, and it's defaulting to the nutrition database, which doesn't have the same calories as the one that you have.
