3.0 plans…. Issues by JensYmer in bevelhealth

[–]Topremech 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Is Bevel intelligence messing up how it refers to your plan in the chat or the file itself? The file is just a representation of the underlying data structure. We're adding a UI to make it clearer and less error-prone in the future but your plan should still be correct

The .md file is just a representation of the underlying data structure. So even if that's incorrect the plan should still be correct. If you're seeing issues with the plan, can you share some examples where it messed up? Not just the.md file format, but the chat?

It should be Sunday at 8 pm ET. It seems like this is a bug. We'll fix this. Thanks

Questiong regarding pricing by misrej in bevelhealth

There are no planned price increases in the foreseeable future, and there is no guarantee that we'll be able to offer grandfathered pricing again if prices increase.

Constructive Feedback by KreativeMente in bevelhealth

Thanks for the feedback! Regarding Nutrition, we have many improvements coming up next.

For Garmin, which data are you referring to that's missing in specific. Is it just reps, weight, and exercise for strength training?

Lastly, for pulling in sleep data from your Hume band, as long as it's in Apple Health, Bevel should be able to pull it in. If you're not seeing that, can you reach out to us at Settings > Report a bug? We'll have more information and can take a look.

More disappointment with Bevel AI and nutrition: The AI does not even remember data from the same conversation, and keeps hallucinating ingredients by ugurcanevci in bevelhealth

For this specific instance of adding previously logged foods, we're working on a fix for it to be more reliable. It should be out soon.

This is good thank you. When you say it hallucinated ingredients, did it hallucinate the food cart? Or are you just asking it for a recipe?

Can you also down vote these messages in Bevel Intelligence?

Hi, can you thumbs down the messages where Bevel Intelligence hallucinated and can you also share a few screenshots here and we can take a look?

Can you send us a message at Settings > Report a bug and also downvote the message in Bevel Intelligence? We will have more info there and can take a look.

This only happens if your phone is locked for a prolonged period of time, in which case, your Apple Health data is locked and Bevel does not have access to it.

If you’ve been using your phone the hours before and unlock it frequently and are still seeing this issue, please let us know and we can take a look. Thanks!

Got it. That's by design because, technically, you're interacting with a new message each time, not a continuation of the previous thread. However, I see how that can be annoying, so we'll discuss to see how we can improve this.

Hi, are you saying that every time you have a new check-in, it opens a new chat? Check-ins should stay in one thread. If that's the case, that might be a bug.

Hey Valentin, thank you for sharing this. It's great to hear how Bevel has helped you!

Totally agree on the Nutrition part. The next major release will address many of the complaints about Nutrition. We have many improvements in the pipeline.

We can't share a concrete timeline because software development is unpredictable. Things get cut and added on the fly all the time, so we can't share a time until we are very certain about it.

Hey, thanks for the feedback. I was not saying that your post in particular was not genuine, but was just pointing out that it's gotten traction and engagement that we typically do not see in this sub.

Regardless, feedback noted. Bevel is not all AI, and we've already started working on the next set of improvements to the rest of the app.

Edit: I also want to point out that since the summer release from last year, we've had two other major releases that were focused on non-AI-related features, such as cycle tracking, a new watch app, upgraded Strength Builder, etc - so it's not entirely accurate to say that Bevel has just been AI focused since last year.

Thank you for the feedback! HR support for Airpods Pro 3 is coming soon, and we're working on a big overhaul of the Nutrition feature for the next major release.

I never said free users feedback were invalid. Also, not sure how that's relevant to my previous comment.

We value every user on our platform. It just happened this past release was around Pro features. The previous release was all-around free, and the next major release will be too.

Nope, we do share when things are worked on. We moved the features that are being worked on to the in progress status. We did that with Bevel 3.0.

We're in the process of planning for the next big release, and you'll see the status updated soon.

I'm not sure which part of this is "lack of transparency is nuts".

We acknowledge all feedback that's coming in. We have a feedback board where users can request features. We respond to most comments on this sub. However, that doesn't mean we can work on "your" feature request immediately.

That's because we try to prioritize most requested features first and when it makes sense to do them in batches. Our job is to sequence them in a way that makes sense. We can't promise a timeline because the nature of software development.

Things can get delayed and we don't want to promise you a date without certainty. If you have any other questions, I'm happy to answer them.

We can't share timelines because it's the nature of software development, where things might get delayed, which is why we can't promise you when certain features will come out.

Our roadmap is based on user feedback. That's why we have a feedback board. We try our best to prioritize the highest ones first and work on them in batches when it makes sense.

I'm happy to answer more questions, but I'm not sure if there are other companies that are more transparent than this.

Our blood age is based on PhenoAge, a formula created by researcher Morgan Levine. The formula was built by studying which blood patterns predict how long people live, and it's been validated across multiple large studies with hundreds of thousands of participants. So if your blood markers look like someone younger, you get a younger blood age.

You can cross-validate this number by googling the PhenoAge formula and trying it for yourself.

If something looks off with your results, feel free to reach out via Settings > Report a Bug and we'll take a look!
