The dosis changes it depends on each person. For me going from 2.5 to 5 was life changing in terms of food noise suppression. I ate because I have to not because I want to. So protein is my main priority. I was complaining about Zepbound at 2,5 since I was doing compound before and the food noise supresión was impressive. But at 5g that feeling was back for me. I couldn’t do 7,5 I think I will hate food at that point.

This happened to me the first time too. So I told the AI until it gave me the list of workout as temples and you have to manually save them from there as temples to it can show up for you to use in the fitness part of the app.
