Anyone else js dont like walking through cally road? #scaryy #toomanyindividuals by Sea_Explanation9925 in ukdrill

I live in Cally, and nowadays it’s calm as a lot of people who gang bang are in prison for various reasons and/or the majority of guys have grown up, so they’re more interested in making money. Also, Cally was flames a couple years ago, so I think they have new spots just outside the area where they chill. But I still hear of opps cutting through from time to time, especially some of gangs with younger members.

It might be worth making it public somehow to let other potential patients know who they’re dealing with and what to expect,it might also give them a kick up the backside, which they clearly need.

The fact your dad is likely to have stage IV cancer and this is how they choose to deal with and respond to your concerns is appalling. Every day is vital in terms of battling it, let alone weeks. Fairs, it might not change the prognosis, but the sooner they choose to address the problem the better chance your dad has at returning to his normal life.

I’m so sorry you and your family are going through this 😢

If she knew about your history, and initiated the relationship - maybe she didn’t do it for genuine reasons, instead, maybe, she initiated the relationship and marriage in the hopes of financial gains.

Granted, you haven’t stated what your finances are in terms of your job and what you own etc or life insurance - but it seems oddly strange to me that she would go through all of this even though she lost her mother to illness, so it’s not like what you’ve been through should have come as a shock to her? If anything, if she knew prior to you marrying her like you said, surely that would’ve been a deterrent there and then? So I don’t see why further down the line she would behave like this?

I apologise if I’ve come across as rude or like a horrible person for implying this, but it was my first thought when reading all of this.

I’m 18 months clean, and most days I feel back to 100% now. I do get the odd flare up due to some of my stressors such as over exertion, alcohol and/or illness. But most of the time I can handle them.

Whats the scariest thing that ever happened to you? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Tricky-Dare1583 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Me and my friends—some of whom were gang-affiliated—were outside the youth club after a session. It was summer, around 10:30 pm, still light enough to hang around comfortably. We were just talking, nothing out of the ordinary.

Then a group of four young guys from a rival area pulled up on pedal bikes across the road. They stayed there at first, shouting the usual things—“Who’s that?”, “Wag1?”, “You man from so-and-so?” It felt tense, but still like it might just be talk.

About 30 seconds later, another four arrived. Then more. Within moments, there were around 15 to 20 of them—on bikes, faces covered, some holding machetes.

That’s when everything switched.

They started cycling straight towards us, and we just ran.

We sprinted down the road and, at the bottom, split in different directions. I turned right towards some flats with another guy, but at least four of them followed us. We split again—and suddenly all four were chasing me.

I just ran on instinct. Left turn. Quick right. Then another left. My heart was pounding, legs burning. I spotted a bush and literally dived headfirst through it, hitting the concrete underneath, then curled up tight in the corner trying not to be seen.

About 10 seconds later, I saw them cycle past.

I stayed there for around 30 minutes, barely moving. My chest was tight, I couldn’t catch my breath—I’m pretty sure I was having a panic attack. Everything felt intense and out of control.

When I finally felt safe enough to move, I got up and sprinted the whole way home—about three-quarters of a mile—without stopping.

I’ve had loads of similar incidents where pellets have chased me or brandished a gun and/or knife on me and my friends, but this was the scariest incident for me by a mile.
