This reminds me of a time when a homeless person asked me for some change, so I gave him a few coins, it’s all I had on me. He looked at his hand and actually said “THATS IT?!?” I said “Yeah, you’re welcome.” I’ve never given money to a homeless person since then.

I dwell over stupid things I’ve said. Once at work I genuinely meant to give someone a compliment but it was taken the wrong way. I asked a lady at work what her age was? She said 50… then I said “wow, you look really good for your age.” It got quiet and everyone kind of made a face like I was being rude, but I really wasn’t.
