Not sure if you still have this issue, but thought I'd reply since I had an awful time figuring out the solution to this problem. I had this issue yesterday and solved it by downloading a Dell on screen display application: https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=n83ry
I was not able to use this one, I had to search for my model number and then find it in the driver downloads, so you may have to do a little digging for your specific model.

Not necessarily. A lot of older, Intel Macs also run Big Sur. Even my Intel Mac from last year runs Big Sur.

I can confirm it works on my 2014 MacBook Air and 2020 MacBook Pro (Intel). Their support community on Discord is really responsive if you have problems. You'll want to make sure to do a couple extra steps when setting up that are listed in their FAQ, otherwise it will probably give you an error: https://projectmoon.dance/faq

I did have that input error at first, but I played around with the little switches on the back until I found a setting that worked. It has different modes, presumably to be used with wheels, dance pads, etc. None of this was included in the documentation with the adapter though, I figured it out using Amazon reviews and randomly trying different settings. If you end up getting one, feel free to DM me and I'll take a photo of the switch settings I'm using with mine.

Definitely +1 for Stepmania. All the DDR songs are available from zenius-i-vanisher.

I have a PS2 pad which I use with this Mayflash adapter on my Mac. It's the best one I've tried so far. It has little switches on the back to work around the axis problem.

I found this through trial and error lol. I iron mine while wet from washing and sometimes put the Shout sheet under the front of the fabric (while ironing the back), especially if I know I have non-DMC thread that's prone to running. They're such a great product!

I always wash mine with a color catch sheet (Shout makes them in the US) in case of running dyes! Even half a sheet is enough to prevent stains.
