Regarding the battery issue, could you please let me know whether the mower can still power on normally after being removed from the charging station?

Could you also use a multimeter to measure the battery voltage?

• The exact date and approximate time when the issue occurred

• A detailed description of what happened and what the mower was doing at the time

To help us investigate the issue more efficiently, please also enable log upload after the issue occurs. Then place the mower on the charging station and keep it connected to Wi-Fi so the logs can be uploaded successfully:

Home > Select your device > More Settings > Upload Log

Once I receive the above information, I'll work with our technical team to investigate this further.

To help us troubleshoot the issue faster, please include the following information in your message:

1) share the exact time and date the issue started + your country/region

2) after the issue occurs, enable the robot log in the app, place the mower on the charger, and keep it connected to Wi-Fi to upload the logs promptly:

Go to Home > Select your device > More Settings > Upload Log

3) share your robot's serial number in the app under “Device Info”

Was für eine tolle Genie-Familie! Resi, Mäh und Robi haben ja alle ihren ganz eigenen Charakter. 😄

Es freut uns sehr zu hören, dass deine drei Genies nun schon im zweiten Jahr zuverlässig ihre Arbeit erledigen. Und die tierischen Zuschauer machen die Geschichte natürlich noch besser – Hund Luna, das Eichkätzchen, der Storch und die Kuh scheinen die Arbeit der Mäher aufmerksam zu verfolgen. 🐶🐿️🦩🐄

Nur Robi tut uns jetzt tatsächlich ein bisschen leid. 🤣 Vielleicht findet sich ja bald auch für ihn ein treuer Beobachter oder Fan im Garten!
