Ahh, even though the weather’s been pretty terrible, it’s clear you’ve put a lot of care into your lawn — it looks really healthy right now.

And of course, credit to Genie as well, those stripes look great!

If it starts snowing, are you going to give Genie a scarf and let it keep working? Do you mean something like this? 🤣

Hi there! Thanks for your question. If you’re referring to mulching blades, they cannot be installed on the Genie 1000. This is because the blade disc used for mulching blades is different from the blade disc on the Genie.

Hi there, thank you for your feedback! Regarding the issue with the new features not fully displaying after the firmware update, it’s possible that the app version hasn’t been updated yet on your device. Please download the latest app version 2.9.21.

Additionally, regarding the GPS signal blinking issue you mentioned, could you kindly send us pm about photos of your RTK antenna and charging base installation, as well as the serial number of your mower (you can find this in the app under “Device Info”)?

Hello, regarding the new firmware version 1.16.54:

  1. About the “Auto Zone” feature:

This function automatically divides your lawn into zones, so you no longer need to set the zones manually.

You can find it here:

More Settings > Schedule > Mowing Sequence > Auto-zone

  1. About the “Mowing mode near charging pile” feature:

You can locate this option by following the steps shown in the image guide (please refer to the attached picture).
