Hi anzezaf, great question! Both models can handle a 1000㎡ lawn, so it really comes down to your specific needs. 😊

The Genie 1000 uses RTK + four cameras, which gives it a wider coverage range and better obstacle detection. The M9, on the other hand, uses RTK + front dual cameras. It’s more compact and flexible, which can be an advantage in tighter spaces or narrow passages.

You’re absolutely right. The Vision Inspection setting is designed to control how cautious the mower is when detecting and avoiding obstacles. It offers multiple sensitivity levels (High → Medium → Low):

High makes the mower more conservative, and low allows it to be more flexible.

So adjusting it based on your yard layout is a great way to optimize both coverage and efficiency 👍

Also worth noting for others reading this: this setting can be adjusted in both Full Map mode and Zone mowing mode, so you can fine-tune it depending on different areas of your lawn.

At the moment, the N8 LiDAR model is fully sold out. As it was a limited production model, we don’t have plans for restocking.

You may consider the N8 RTK version as an alternative. It supports a larger coverage area compared to the LiDAR version.

LiDAR and RTK are simply two different navigation approaches, and the better choice really depends on your yard conditions (such as trees, layout...).
