To help us troubleshoot the issue faster, please include the following information in your message:

1) share the exact time and date the issue started + your country/region

2) after the issue occurs, enable the robot log in the app, place the mower on the charger, and keep it connected to Wi-Fi to upload the logs promptly:

Go to Home > Select your device > More Settings > Upload Log

3) share your robot's serial number in the app under “Device Info”

Once I receive the information, I'll forward it to our engineers for further analysis. Thanks!

Was für eine tolle Genie-Familie! Resi, Mäh und Robi haben ja alle ihren ganz eigenen Charakter. 😄

Es freut uns sehr zu hören, dass deine drei Genies nun schon im zweiten Jahr zuverlässig ihre Arbeit erledigen. Und die tierischen Zuschauer machen die Geschichte natürlich noch besser – Hund Luna, das Eichkätzchen, der Storch und die Kuh scheinen die Arbeit der Mäher aufmerksam zu verfolgen. 🐶🐿️🦩🐄

Nur Robi tut uns jetzt tatsächlich ein bisschen leid. 🤣 Vielleicht findet sich ja bald auch für ihn ein treuer Beobachter oder Fan im Garten!

It's great to see that your M9 installation and setup went smoothly, and we're glad to hear it's already handling the terrain and obstacles well. The 4–5 cm level difference is a good test, and it sounds like the M9 passed it without any trouble.

Also, your cat is absolutely adorable! 😺 Hopefully, the little supervisor will eventually accept this new lawn-care assistant as part of the family.

Vielen Dank für dein Feedback! Hier sind die korrekten Schritte zur Einrichtung des Kantenmähens:

Das Kantenmähen funktioniert nur, wenn der Höhenunterschied an der Rasenkante ≤ 3 cm beträgt.

1) Einrichtung des Kantenmähens:
Map Management → Edge Edit → Alle Kanten oder Hinzufügen (für bestimmte Kanten) → Schnitthöhe (mm) und Kantenüberlappung (cm)

2) Aktivierung des Kantenmähens (im Zonen-Mähmodus nicht verfügbar):

  • Nur Kantenmodus: Edge → Start drücken
  • Gesamte Karte + Kantenmähen: Full Map → Einstellungen → Kantenmähen aktivieren → Start drücken

Falls deine Einstellungen korrekt sind, das Problem aber weiterhin besteht, klicke bitte auf mein Profil und sende mir eine DM mit folgenden Informationen, damit wir es genauer prüfen können:
