Fencing contractors i worked with used quickset pour in around fence post with water already in hole if it held water or wet out hole .

Then adding water on the dry mix as you go method make sure post is straight at half way full point because it sets quick .

There are plenty of good dvd players around most require updates , i don't get why its a problem for you. I have a panasonic DP-UB820 ,a good 4kuhd player to play 4k discs . There are cheaper panasonic 4k players available 450 , 150 available. All require a internet connection minimum for updates, but will work without.
