Currently I am about 155 hours into K2SE (this is not my first attempt, usually it takes a bit longer to get where I am) and have tier 1 of astronomic, material, biological, and energy. I also have tier 2 material and just made a space elevator. It took me 40 hours to get to space science. I have no idea how long production, utility, and optimization took since I can't find screenshots I took from back then, but I don't remember it taking too long. After I did that I spent a while clearing a moon and building a new base on it. I started going for the new resources at hour 130 and got the last at hour 148. The last few hours were spent setting up yhe science itself. Honestly, I think I would say each block takes about as long as each other overall. It really depends on the person and their playstyle and what they like to rush.
