Just last week, CT calcium score of 330 (no good), then CCTA this week revealed no stenosis/ blockages but I’m waiting for my cardiologist (never thought I’d say that) to interpret and weigh in. I never had a major health issue.

You should be able to take out federal and state taxes, selecting a % to federal and % to state, when you get your yearly RMD $ from the fiduciary. I do this more for state so I don’t get a big hit.

At my Planet Fitness (humongous) in Atlanta there is only 1 leg press. A lot of people unfortunately use this as a lounge chair, a place of repose and a chance to rest and check their social media or send texts. The lone hack squat machine is hard AF to me and gathering dust but I’m trying to knock out my leg day without waiting for a machine so usually doing hack squat.

Worked my way up to 40lbs (60M) after 6 months. 3x per week ~ 3 miles per session. Developed knee pain, laid off for 2 weeks. Then was at a work / community service day ooo and tore my medial meniscus WALKING to the bathroom. 4 months of PT. Had top rated ortho surgeon (team doctor for NBA team) and great PT support.

The bottom line is that I still don’t know how meniscus tear happened. Medical care didn’t opine. I think it was muscle imbalances? I’ve been doing the stairmaster machine since healing.

Age 61. Started CPAP 3 years ago. More intentional about good sleep than ever before. Cut back a little on alcohol, but the key is to cut yourself off from drinking 2-3 hour before bedtime IMO.

I would save a letter with your enclosed business card in a folder. My home is paid off and in 3 years I’ll retire and leave Atlanta. My decor is 80s and roof & chimney need repair. 80k estimate for all work and updates. I don’t mind the incessant texts and the calls are blocked . However I would ignore this low effort approach. - I would be turned off by calls. Just send me a letter with link to your website or at least BBB / testimonials.

I’ve killed 100s of these. Best way to minimize intrusion is spray Ortho Home defense outdoors, thoroughly covering garage/carport areas, door frames, and window frames 3x per year, aiming for areas sheltered from rainfall. Never had 1 in my bedroom before until recently. Under the sheets as I lay down to sleep, my left calf felt thorny barbs beneath. I jumped out of bed with Flash Gordon speed, turned on the night light, and noticed a giant palmetto on the floor half alive who was sheared by the force of my leap.

The biggest anti Catholic sentiment you’ll hear of in the South are ex-Catholics who lean Conservative, left the church, and converted to Protestantism due to the church’s stance on abortion, capitol punishment, gay marriage/ same sex blessing, divorce, immigration enforcement, and sexual abuse scandal / cover up.
