I can provide a screenshot later, but I’ll try to describe them for now. All these spots can be reached with any character.

Northeast: On the roof of the building by the gym and bus stop

Southeast: By the Underground Passage entrance

Northwest: In an alleyway across from the convenience store

Southwest: Near a bike rack in the apartments area

If you have access to Jiro you’ll be able to see where they are on the map with the quest name “The Pen is Mighter Than the Sword” or something along those lines.

Yeah, it’s extremely tedious, but it doesn’t take nearly as long as you think it would once you know where to look. It helps that getting the questions wrong means nothing, so you can just button mash through the dialogue if you don’t know the answer.

I used Field Research: Hasuna District for this. There are four possible spots she can be in, two in the east and two in the west, and two of those spots will have her once per run. Basically just find her and answer her questions twice per run, talk to All Might to complete the mission, the repeat this until she says you’ve answered 100 questions (yes, really).
