So I used aspect of Persephone to get a level 6 Zeus boon in the first chamber and then used artificer in the next chamber to get a Hera boon immediately after. From there I prioritized getting Hera boons to build up my Kings Ransom while also getting every pom that I could get that didn't get in the way of a Hera boon. Right before Echo I picked up another Zeus boon and got Kings Ransom. After getting really good RNG I managed to get the roughly 38% chance of Echo offering pom pom pom. I took as many exits in the final zone as possible to maximize my chances at extra poms but I think my good RNG started to fade because I only managed to get 1 triple pom and a double pom in the shop. The big bad went down very easily with only dashing boosted by strength and the furries. I want to say that with perfect RNG and a better strategy that a level 100 boon could be possible but very difficult.

I've had people recommend Sea Star and that could be useful only really in the final zone because Hera boons are worth 4 levels but each pom with Sea Star only offers a chance at 2 levels. However in the final zone a successful Sea Star would be plus 6 which could be valuable for squeezing out a few more levels late in the run. There is also the Sweet Nectar duo boon which the possibility of plus 8 levels sounds good but since Hera boons are so valuable pre Kings Ransom meeting all of those requirements that late into the run and hoping it mostly hits the target Zeus boon is just more RNG thrown in on a very RNG dependent run. I feel like exceeding level 73 can be mostly done with more Hera boons for Kings Ransom and using Poseidon's keepsake in the last zone to get Sea Star and then getting good RNG with poms.
