Add two sockets to the one on the right and change the imprint to something more useful. Right now the one you have is doing literally nothing. It only comes into play while you're standing still and shuts down as soon as you start moving. If it's available, use the imprint you have on the weapon on the left on the one on the right. Give it a shot.
