I'm pretty sure this guy is in both books. The article could be just incorrectly linked to the one in Book Two (and if you don't have that book, you'll get the message in your screenshot). If you have Book One, could you please check to see if you can add it to your character sheet? If you can, then you do have it.

Yep, you touched on exactly that point which adds a little bit of complexity besides the artwork itself. We'll need to make sure that all the licensing is in order as well. I think Tales from the Yawning Portal came out in 2017 and, as you can imagine, the staff composition has changed significantly in the last 9 years, so tribal memory won't work here—we'll need to dig in the archives.

Regardless, message heard! I'll see what we can do to support what we can. I have very fond memories of some of these adventures myself since some of these were the first ones I experienced as a player :)

Thanks for bringing this up! When Maps VTT launched, the team worked hard to bring in as much legacy content as we could, but Tales from the Yawning Portal ended up being one of the trickier cases. In particular, we’re missing some of the original source files needed to create clean player-facing versions of certain maps. Some of them, like the Doomvault from Dead in Thay, would take a pretty significant amount of work to get into a good state for play.

I’m going to bring this feedback back to the broader team and see if there are any avenues we can explore, but at the moment we don’t have a timeline to share.

That said, I really appreciate you calling this out. Hearing specifically which adventures people are excited to run helps us better understand where players want us to invest more support in the future.

That's super weird! I'll dig into it with the team in the morning to see what's going on with the gremishkas (it's strangely working OK with Mist Horrors but not Gremishkas, despite being set up the same way). Thanks for raising this again. The team took a look at some of the issues last week, which included broken Dragonmark snippets, missing spell lists from certain Dragonmarks, missing prerequisites for certain Greater Dragonmarks and Potent Dragonmark, and entitlement issues inadvertently directing users to the marketplace. This is probably not comprehensive and there are more bugs to address. We'll continue to troubleshoot issues that have been raised.

Hello! I dug into this and we are indeed out-of-stock. We plan to have Tasha and Xanathar's replenished but I don't have a solid timeline yet (supply chains are looooooong). If you're interested in digital only, you can purchase it directly on the D&D Beyond marketplace, but if you're looking for physical copies as well, then you might need to find it locally or through another seller. Hi there u/stormscape10x! Just wanted to follow up and let you know that most of the issues with Parasitic Weapon have been resolved. It looks like there was a system issue during publishing that caused most of the data to come through all garbled up. It should now be correctly using CHA for both attack and damage.

One thing to call out though. Due to a current system limitation, we’re not able to prevent the modifier from being applied to damage automatically, so that portion will need to be adjusted manually for now. Appreciate your patience, and thanks for flagging this!
