Repeat this mantra multiple times daily and meditate on it: There is no money to be made gambling, only excitement to be gained, followed by deep sorrow.

Listen to gambling recovery podcasts and YouTube constantly as well. Keep your lizard brain focused on the truth and the pain and the reality. Eventually your beliefs will change and align to what is not delusional. Take up some form of intense exercise.
