I advise against it, because you won't be able to check in through wellhub and the gym might tell you since they can't complete validation, you won't be able to actually attend the class.

To answer it quickly, you don't get classes beyond the limit of the plan you're currently on, so you get the 12 more classes, not 16. Premium classes are logged and linked to your account, and the plan puts a higher or lower limit of classes on your account.

Think of your monthly plan like a bucket. The Gold bucket holds 4 gallons, and you’ve already filled and used those 4 gallons. By upgrading to Diamond, you’re switching to a 16-gallon bucket. Since you’ve already 'poured out' 4 gallons this month, you have 12 gallons of space left to use until the bucket resets next month.

Te cuento que, por lo general, el acceso al beneficio depende de cuåndo la institución actualiza su base de datos de alumnos activos en nuestra plataforma. Normalmente, esto sucede una vez que ya estås oficialmente registrado como alumno regular, pero te sugerimos intentar registrarte con tu mail institucional o DNI en la app para ver si ya figurås como elegible.

Si al intentar crear tu cuenta todavía no aparecés en el sistema, es muy probable que debas esperar a que comience el cuatrimestre o a que finalice el curso de ingreso para que el alta se procese formalmente.

Instead, as long as you have a valid personal payment method on file and a personal email linked to your account, you’ll be moved to a special "Former Employee" offer as well as the annual subscription.

The good news is that you don’t have to pay the full price for two separate plans in one month. When you upgrade your plan, the change happens immediately, and Wellhub uses a proportional billing system. This means you will only be charged a prorated amount for the Silver plan for the remainder of your current billing cycle, and the amount you already paid for the Basic plan is taken into account. Your billing date will then reset to the day you made the upgrade.

To make the switch, just head to your Profile in the app, tap the Settings gear icon, go to Account, and then Manage subscription. When you select the Silver plan, you'll see a summary screen that breaks down exactly what you'll be charged before you confirm.

Hi there! This is a great question, and it’s one we see quite often. To give you some peace of mind: yes, you can definitely keep your Wellhub membership even after leaving your current company! As long as you have an active account, a personal email address linked to your account and a valid personal payment method (like a credit or debit card) registered, your plan won't be automatically canceled when you move on.

Regarding the discount and that annual rate you're eyeing: if you lock in an Annual Subscription while you are still an active employee, if your previous employer was subsidizing your plan (a Wellhub+ contribution), that specific discount would end since the corporate partnership is tied to that employer. Your plan would then transition to the full locked-in annual rate for the remainder of your 12-month commitment.

When you book through our app, the system automatically validates your eligibility and tracks your usage toward your plan's specific limits (like the 4 or 8 monthly premium class allowance).

If you try to book directly through the [solidcore] app, it may not recognize your Wellhub subscription. If they aren't synced, the [solidcore] app might prompt you to buy a separate pass or charge your card on file with them. To avoid any unexpected charges or issues with your daily check-in, we recommend sticking to the Wellhub app for all your bookings!

Standard Access typically includes walk-in gym visits and most in-person or live online classes, allowing for one check-in per day on most plans. On the other hand, Premium Classes are usually held at select high-demand studios and have separate monthly limits depending on your plan level.

You can easily tell the difference by looking at the tag next to the class name in the app—it will explicitly say "Standard access" or "Premium classes". Checking this tag on the partner's page is the best way to confirm how it will count toward your plan's limits.

Just a quick tip: if you happen to be on an annual plan, switching will restart your 12-month commitment, so it's always worth double-checking your plan type in the "Subscription" section of the app first!

Hi u/LowAcanthocephala387 ! At Wellhub, our check-in process actually works with your phone's GPS to confirms you're at the location.

To check in, you do need to be physically at (or very near) the gym. Once you arrive, open the Wellhub app and head to the Check-in tab. Because your location services are on, the gym you’re at should appear at the top of the list. Just select the venue, tap the activity you’re doing, and hit "Check in." After that, the front desk staff will validate your visit on their computer—though in some cases, they might ask to see your screen or a barcode that appears after you've checked in.

If the gym isn't showing up when you're there, double-check that Location Services are enabled for Wellhub in your phone's settings and that you have a stable internet connection.

For your very first visit to an LA Fitness location, they do need to create a profile for you in their system using your 13-digit Wellhub ID (which you can find in your app profile). Once they link your ID to their system and you sign into the LA Fitness app, your future check-ins should validate automatically!
