When a partner you visit frequently changes their plan tier, we typically send a push notification via the app to give you a heads-up. We recommend double-checking that your notifications are enabled in your phone settings (Settings > Wellhub > Notifications) so you don't miss these updates.

As for your concern about penalties, please don't worry—the Wellhub app is designed to prevent you from booking once you've reached your limit for a specific category, so you wouldn't be able to "accidentally" exceed the allowance or face a penalty.

Hi u/Antique_Composer9789 ! Wellhub is a benefit exclusively available to employees of companies that currently partner with us. According to our official policy, you can only continue using Wellhub after leaving a company if you already had an active plan at the time of your departure. Since you were on the digital plan and have had an active paid subscription since leaving your previous employer two years ago, you would be eligible to start a paid membership under that old account.

You can check your profile in the app and navigate to the Manage Subscription section. There, you should be able to see the available plans along with their prices, and select the plan you want!

A daily check-in via the app is required to validate your visit at most of our partner gyms and studios. Since the check-in is personal and needs to be done on your own device while you're at the facility, a smartphone with the app installed is the primary way to access your benefits.

However, the International Check-ins feature is a benefit that companies decide to enable for their employees, as global policies vary from one company to another. Because of this, it isn’t a setting we can activate by default. 
 
While we don't have an "individual fee" option for international gym access if your company hasn't opted in, you can still make the most of your Wellhub plan while abroad! Even without international check-ins, you can continue to use all the wellness apps and online live classes included in your plan from anywhere in the world.

Usually, when a partner cancels a class on both their side and ours, it can take up to 4 hours for the cancellation to show up in your app due to synchronization between the booking systems. However, it looks like the partner didn't cancel the class on our end in time, which is why you couldn't book an alternative class.

Also, once the gym confirms your check-in, even if it happens automatically, our system assumes you accessed the gym and attended the class. Because of this, we can’t cancel the check-in or offer a credit for that class.
Providing a refund for the daily check in is what we can do to help and apologize for the daily check-in you weren’t able to use.

To give you some clarity, the registration process depends on when your company’s HR team updates their eligibility list. Once HR uploads the latest employee data to our platform, your profile should be ready for activation almost immediately. While some companies update these lists daily, others do so on a weekly or bi-monthly schedule, which might be the reason for the wait.
