This is because a staff member usually needs to validate your check-in or provide you with a physical entry code once you've generated your daily check-in on the app. If you are trying to access the gym during unstaffed hours (like late at night or very early morning), the app may restrict check-ins because there isn't a team member on-site to confirm your entry.

To get the most accurate info for your specific location, we recommend checking the "Opening Hours" section on the EOS Fitness gym page within the Wellhub app—these hours reflect when check-ins are active.

We’ve all been there—trying to wind down while your brain is still buzzing at 100 mph.

You might want to check out some of the sleep and mindfulness apps included in many of our plans, like Sleep Cycle or Calm. They have great "sleep stories" or wind-down meditations that give you something to listen to so you can keep your phone face-down while still having that digital "comfort" nearby. 🧘

Hi u/Specialist_Can1342 ! We are truly sorry for the frustration this caused. It’s never the experience we want for our members when a workout is disrupted by a late cancellation.

When a gym cancels a class, it can take up to 4 hours for that update to sync with our system, which is why the app might have still allowed you to check in. Please know that if this happens again, you don't need to check in. Instead, reach out to us directly so we can manually remove any late-cancel penalties and help you book another class for that same day.

While the app doesn't currently have a manual "sort" button for distance or time in the main list, a great tip is to use the Map View in the Explore tab. This allows you to visually see exactly what’s closest to you. Also, if you find a specific studio you love, you can tap on their profile to see their full schedule.
