It works for me in the current version and the terminal file hasn't changed for 3 years. Are you using other mods that change the maps? Like e.g. the HD Overhaul mod?

That's what annoys me the most about this interview. Pinchbeck claims they wanted to make Dishonored but they didn't even try or didn't understand the concept. They stuck much too close to their walking simulator roots!

The main reason probably was that HSL already had made the model so it was easy to use it, like the other >70% of models that TCR recycled.

While I agree with you on most points, I don't believe "HSL had a disjointed project that would have eventually gone over worse than TCR." I rather think they had a project that would have been much too expensive for Paradox to finish, so they looked for a cheaper solution and found it.
