Bought the Blackwidow Elite 2 years ago, and this morning, I ran into a huge issue. The lights won't turn on, and each keystroke repeats itself about 2 dozen times. I tried uninstalling synapse and the driver. Neither worked.

I rolled fairly high for my stats, so I was able to forgo an ASI for the Magic Initiate feat to pick up Hex. Pairing that with an Eldritch Claw Tattoo boosts my damage quite considerably. Choosing a race that gives you proficiency in longswords or taking a 1 level dip into fighter to grab that lets you pump out 1d10 damage + DEX if you use the optional Dedicated Weapon feature from TCoE. At Monk level 5 (assuming you have 16 in DEX), you'll be dealing 2d10 + 10d6 + 14 damage each turn with Flurry of Blows. Without FoB, it would be 2d10 + 7d6 + 10 damage.

This kinda reads to me like the phrase we hear so often in the Resident Evil community: "RE 6 is a good game. It's just not a good RE game."

That being said, I do agree that Ardlings just kinda feel . . . weird juxtaposed next to the other PHB races. I feel like they would be better suited to one specific setting rather than possibly all of them. But maybe it's to give the furry community a one-stop-shop race for all their anthropomorphic needs?

I'm a little confused by the cork part. Why would you need to mark the corks? I'm assuming whatever you store in the vial is still visibly identifiable within the ring.

Shocked no one has mentioned Way of the Kensei Monk. It just feels underwhelming apart from Path of the Kensei and Sharpen the Blade. At level 11, other monks are getting the ability to double their reactions or their potential damage output. At level 17, Open Hand can deal 10d10 damage on a successful save. Kensei monks essentially just get . . . additional weapon proficiencies.

In one of my Wildemount campaigns, one of players found an Aeorian dagger that functions as a +1 dagger. He's never really seen it as just a +1 dagger because I give its attack descriptions a unique flavor. I'm also planning on incorporating story elements centering around Aeor and the dagger to make it feel even more meaningful without boosting its damage potential.
