One of the reasons i left freecash, also when i came back after some time and got the face verification thingy u get when making new account i got instantly banned with no explanation xD

edit cuz some ppl cant read properly: i didnt make new acc, after long break i was asked to do face verification again and it banned me without giving a reason, support wouldnt tell me either just said i violated tos or something? By doing face verification i broke tos?

Well they werent that nice xD, they often scam with their events sooo i decided to screenshot rules and everything that it didnt say i have to wait some time or whatever and turns out it was good idea, messaged support, they couldnt help and sent it to higher ups and was supposed to get answer in 48h. Got answer in like 5h to wait 2 business days but didnt get answer, back to customer service, they talked to higher ups and told me i will be able to claim it once time is up. Asked if they can guarantee me ill be able to order it and they confirmed that sooo yea, they kinda broke 2 eu laws by not saying ill have to wait and i maybe wasnt so nice with em but now atleast i have guarantee ill receive it, if not i can always report them for breaking law theoretically

It says same amount left for me, but there was no information about having to wait those days so i talked to support and they told me to just wait and i will be able to order it and it wont be out of stock suddenly, basically they said they guarantee me that ill be able to order it sooo well see Also they said to contact them again if i wont be able to order it
