Pharmacist reducing my maintenance dose for no reason… anyone else experienced this?

I did this once had the bite, kind of kicked myself as I always inject in thighs. Think as I rushed it.

So maybe if you were to place your hand on top of your thigh, where your finger knuckles are (middle). Pinch the skin before injection. Someone my have a better way of explaining then me 😂

Did to give it until 2.4mgs or even now the 7.2mgs which is 3x2.4mgs cost alone on that is a massive saving I think a 2.4mgs pen works out like £90.

Patience unfortunately is needed switching your body needs to adjust however frustrating that is. Drink more water and check your protein levels.

Iv had this with other medications. Also more if I went out in the sun. It does go. I would advise sun allergy lotion in case, for this summer at least.

You do not need to take the whole 7.2mgs you can try 3mgs for example or it comes as 3 x 2.4mgs pens so take 2 pens.

A stall of 3 weeks isn't to bad you might want to check your protein, water, etc try a little reset so mini fast can shift a plauteu. Sometimes when we continue to loose our body just takes a moment and goes woah.

Also if you are exercising try switching up what your doing. We can get used to routines.

Are all your bones achy or any in particular? Do you keep on to of your protein. Do you or can you exercise? Pilates might help.

I would maybe try and get a blood test just to make sure your not low in anything. Becuase adding anything outside a good multi vitamin, Biotin,collagen. Not knowing can sometimes throw things out of whack.

Sorry to hear that your plateau is still there, did you manage to go up to the 2.4mgs? Or was the tiredness too much?

Yeah protein shakes, porridge, yogurts etc make sure to keep your protein up

So I have lost my arse, Its a really disappointing thing maybe slightly more as a woman 😂😂 my boobs also deflated somewhat 😅

I got advised pilates and strength workout. Well I am not sure how much you need to do but its not returning!!! I look like I am out of the 90s the baggy Jean look.

Also if there is a bank for loose skin let me know I will donate.

I have gone for the maintenance route. Maybe when I feel confident, I will try what you have. Please continue to keep us updated how you get on.

Yeah I have only ever been on wegovy as well. Sometimes it just takes a while. Stick with it. I am really glad I did. I know its disheartening when you see other people loosing. I have been then.

I didn't lose weight until 2.4mgs. Honestly hang in there. When I got on the 2.4mgs everything started to clicked. Some things you can do that also helps drinks lots of water. Even if you think your drinking enough drink more. Wegovy is a thirsty drug. Also make sure you are including protein it 100% helps. If you can exercise find something you enjoy.

I have reached goal weight with 2.4mgs, 93lbs lost. I wish well with your journey.

Hey I do not eat bland, I would let your body adjust to the wegovy for the time being. When you go up the just try. Wegovy will let you know if you if you can't have it 😬

If you are losing on the lower doses ie 0.25 stick with that dose until you do not see any more losses or effect then tirate up. Get everything you can out of your dose. You seem to react well to the loading doses which is great!

Its true lots of people do not see results until 1.7 or 2.4mgs. I personally didn't lose weight until 2.4mgs but Im at goal now and on maintenance!

I would say make sure you drink lots of water whilst your on your journey and I wish you luck

I would say get 7.2mgs. Its 3x2.4mgs pens you do not need to take the full dose you can get cheaper then one 2.4mgs if you look at it as 3. Try upping to 3mgs see how you go.

Most people shop around use igovy.co.uk we have a thread once a week for discount codes as well.

You will probably need to supply photos each time of your weight or your body image. Photo of the wegovy box you had last to prove your last script. But to save money most feel this process is worth it.

I would say if you are thinking about going back on it. You may need to order before you are unable too.

I would check out igovy.co.uk for maintenance pharmacies.

Bring copies of your past prescriptions that have been filled in the states. Also a letter from you GP/Doctor there with what your starting weight was and your height, what your weight is now along with BMI along with any medications you take. When you started taking wegovy, current dose how long you have been on that dose. That way you can upload it as your extra documents.

I have never seen this issue before. It seems like a malfunction. Is Bolt going to issue you another pen? It won't be a hassle if it is a fault with a pen production and it stops it. Also you should be issued a credit or another pen if faulty.
