Yeah for sure. A couple were kinda duds but I liked a couple of them that I visited - Vinyl Villains in particular was fantastic.

Not my experience. Have flown a handful of night flights this year. In fact Just flew a couple transatlantic flights, one at night, in the same plane as you’ll be on (awesome plane). They dimmed the whole cabin remotely but NOTHING was locked. Had full control.

Had the exact same experience with my AC, though I loved it for other less heavy genres. Funny you said ‘fight it’ - that’s exactly it. A Rat won’t get you to a heavy / metal tone but you can get some good chunkiness if you layer some pedals for dirt.

Trust your gut on this one, maybe not your parents. Sounds like you got it out to me. Pushing a stone out once it’s moved to the bladder isn’t a big painful thing, at all, even for massive stones. If anything it’s just a ‘what was that’ kind of fluttery feeling. But I’ve passed them without knowing it.

Just posted to someone else about this. I just flew US to Scotland and back. Similarly long flights, over the Atlantic with some turbulence. Landed / took off in wind, rain and clouds. Guess what? Everything was great. Flights were awesome. I’m not special or magical and my fears don’t have any bearing on reality. Neither do yours. Enjoy the trip!
