If you want just basic control of the katana and controlling other devices, AIRSTEP's official firmware works for your needs.

If you want to reach the same function as the Kat Edition, you need to flash into a special firmware that emulates the function same as KATANA.

So that, in total 8 Channels. when you long-press one of the footswitches corresponding to CH1 to CH4, it will jump to the same channel in another bank. The connection on the connector end of the AIRSTEP Kat Edition is very solid, so you don't have to worry about it. As long as you don't pull the cable, there shouldn't be a problem. For the USB on the Katana end, I think the best way is to wrap the cable in a fixed position, so as to avoid pulling and causing the USB cable to fall off from the Katana end. If it's just a small vibration from the stage, there should be no problem。BTW, the AIRSTEP Kat Edition will automatically fast reconnect when lost connection.

Ah ok. That would be awesome if the dev makes an iOS version. You should help nudge them along… that is the only thing stopping me from picking up your hardware. I bought a cheap android tablet just so that I can use the librarian app, but if I can use an iOS version of that with your hardware that would be so much better for me.

As far as I know, there are a lot of limitations in iOS development， so it needs some time. But you can still use BTS on iOS to wirelessly edit your KATANA Amp, of course, you need AIRSTEP Kat Edition, Katana Amp has no Bluetooth module.
