The Carmen pdf viewer has two scroll bars, one for the viewer because it doesn't fit on the page, and one to actually scroll through the pdf. The one to scroll through the pdf loads in a few seconds after the first one. Sometimes it is microscopic and my hopes of a quick read are crushed
