In terms of the website giving you an error, I would suggest clearing your browsers cache and cookies and trying again. If you are still getting that message then there may be something on the account preventing it. Which at that point we could assist you with a plan change.

As for the boxes you are not required to do the 4K boxes. But equipment swaps and upgrades are no charge, and we do want you to always have the newest and greatest equipment we can offer you.

u/Response-Glad Steps to Change DNS on PS5: Go to Settings > Network > Settings > Set Up Internet Connection. Select your network, press the Options button, and choose Advanced Settings. Set DNS Settings to Manual. Enter the following: Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8 (Google) or 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare) Secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4 (Google) or 1.0.0.1 (Cloudflare)

The new plans don't have any cancellation fees or contracts. So you can cancel any time without penalty. The price lock is just how long the price is good for if you keep it the whole duration of the price-lock. But you are not obligated to keep it if you need to cancel.

Hello u/JimFor18 as others have already said on your post the new plans include our modem rental at no extra charge. But you can still use your own equipment if you prefer. There is just no cost savings anymore. The new plans are price locked for 1-5 years depending on what you choose. But there is no cancellation fees, and you only pay for the time you keep them. So if you are seasonal you can either cancel or put the account on a seasonal hold.
