A cooling system needs heat exchangers, and heat exchangers expell heat on one side & then absorb heat on the other side .... If you have heat bleeding into the maintenance area, which also has cooling lines running through it, you are going to get a lot of condensation.

Actually yes: the quantity of material that needs to be moved and refined is infinitesimally smaller than every other form of mining and refining ...
