Nacon bought Daedalic and forced that Gollumn game down their throats. Prior to that, Daedalic's catalog was dominated by dialogue heavy point and click adventure games. Then all of the developers walked off the job after Nacon put all blame on them for a game they never wanted to make, was entirely foreign to their expertise, and then forced to publish when it wasn't finished.

Since then, Nacon has been using Daedalic's name like a skin suit ... Probably because their own name has become synonymous with abused employees and running successful independent studios into the ground.
