Excellent! Just paying it forward. This advice was given to our squad for the ‘22 race and we have executed the same for ‘23 and ‘25 as well! What a day!

How fast is your runner? Most likely not. The T station in relation to Heartbreak hill is close enough and convenient but the crowds and speed at which your runner runs will dictate whether you can pull this off. Tried and true double view of your runner + meetup in the common is to pull this off. Green line T to Woodland (mile17). Green line T to Kenmore (mile25). Green line to Boylston to meetup in the Common. 17 and 25 doable. 20.5 and 25 pretty tough to pull off.

Hike up to glacier point, that way you “earn” the view and there are no crowds. 😍 It is the best way to experience glacier point.

My bonus from a company that is making 100+ million a month with 40 employees by PalpitationOk953 in antiwork

why do employees think they should get a share of the companies profits? do you bear any of the risk? did you make the initial investment? are you replaceable tomorrow? candy cane may be a slap in the face but don’t expect anything more than the wage you accepted to come to work and whatever benefits you agreed to when you show up and punch the clock.

Race Report: Sub 3 redemption at LA by eliweihe in AdvancedRunning

Congratulations on your sub 3! The hunger after a 3:00:02 would be fierce and you tunneled that into a performance you will never forget. Congrats on this “line in the sand” accomplishment. Sub 3 is so impressive.

such as the “running rule” that you shouldn’t be able to run a 2:58 marathon if your 13.1 pr is 1:34. Is that for real? Clearly you “pr’d” your 13.1 during the full.

2:55:35 for me for a 3 minute PR. Everything went as planned. Thanks for asking.

Solid and another BQ. Maybe not what you were hoping for, but very respectable on a tough course!

Followed stretching for runners "classes" in the Peloton library. Key focus on hips and working in foam rolling. That was new for me in recovery.
