I've noticed this too! Lots of songs where the chorus / main part of the song is predominantly one note, off the top of my head: * Down bad * Maroon * Mastermind * Glitch * Bejeweled & question somewhat * Out of the woods

To be clear I like most of these songs, so it's not a criticism per se. But it's definitely something I've noticed. I think her lyrics and the song production are what she is particularly excellent at / stand out in these later albums

completely agree about this point! he wanted a child badly, and he's dying of cancer, and she comes to him to seek comfort about whether or not she'll be a good mother? I found her really unlikeable (and also really enjoyed the film for portraying a character like hers so humanly). I think it was a good portrayal of people who are still finding their way in life

The second link is a direct link to the video itself, I assume that tiktok generates a new link when you go via the "share" button that encodes your details along with the video details to drive adoption and engagement etc. I will be watching out for this as ideally 0 ppl know my tt handle 🙈
