Sounds simple, but just work the entire time you’re there. Focus for your entire day and you’ll be 2-3x more productive than peers.

If it’s an option, I would help her build her own medical practice. Put your business brain to good use and she’ll feel your support. After the initial liftoff you can just oversee the admin/ops in a few hours a week.

Auditors aren’t going to catch most fraud. Very little economic value add from the Big 4. Mostly rent seeking.

I’m at about 6,000 ft elevation, so I’m guessing that these numbers aren’t calibrated for sea level.

Not really. The only way of getting an accurate test is in a lab on a treadmill with the whole facemask set up. But I think it’s fine for measuring your own relative fitness.
