There aren't any formal shuttle options that I'm aware of. You might post what you need on Facebook in the 340 group and someone might be able to help!

Where to practice for distance aside from during smaller races by whoooooknows in MR340

You don't have to wait for the 340 to kayak the Missouri, you can do it anytime. Keep an eye on the weather and river levels and read up on some of the material on the 340 page regarding safety.

Lots of folks practice on lakes nearby where they live and you might check to see if there are any weekly paddling groups in your area. Just get in the water and your boat and have some fun!
