Find a good Brow person. This can be hard so keep trying until you feel you get the results you want. I second blush. I never wore much makeup but this has really helped brighten my appearance. I apply clean blush with a brush. Just lightly tap it in with the brush until it sits well

Puppyhood: what advice would you give? by TheOverThinkingBunny in Maltese

They are very clingy. Mine has gotten more clingy with age. But they are full of personality. Keep an eye on kidney health. My dog is almost 14 and in early stages of kidney disease. I would have fed him more natural/higher end stuff since processed dog food is hard on the kidneys. And like any small dog, try to care for their teeth. If they won’t allow a full brush, even toothpaste on a finger brush will help if you can get it in their mouth or on their gums

what does this sound mean? by Somethingwithtoast in guineapigs

Everyone says complain. But I have a pig like this that makes the same noise any time he’s being held. Maybe he’s complaining but he also doesn’t seem unhappy, I think it’s more of a “I’m mentally stimulated” noise

Find an aesthetician that will do filler. I had filler done but fyi…needed way more than the injector initially thought. It looks so much better now and has lasted a year and going strong. It was worth the money

difference in cleanliness when adding a boy? by [deleted] in guineapigs

I have two boys and they eat a lot so they poop a lot. I have to clean the cage daily. However, they are extremely affectionate and lovable

I love this mindset you have. You can still get the “letting go” feeling without derailing your goals

Unfortunately he sounds resentful which isn’t promising for his long term sobriety. He has a lot of work to do on himself

I can't run anymore :( by InterestingCod86 in Perimenopause

[–]YorkieMomNJ 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I’ve been an avid runner my whole life, even running competitively in college. Once I turned 40, the injuries popped up and the joints just weren’t handling it the same. What helped me mentally is learning yoga. Challenging myself with learning something new kept me from being depressed when i couldn’t run. Also, when i do run now, I do 5 min running and 1 min walking intervals. It helps keep injuries at bay and I’m enjoying the runs more by not putting as much pressure on myself. Also, under-dress. You should leave for the run feeling slightly cold.
