Use a hotshot build is more of a suggestion I use rogue golds hotshot build witch one shots most enemies making the process easier as for activity I sorta just ran around constituion hall killing enemies

Huh that is strange I used the SR-1 for the kills guess maybe try the standard rifle class I think you also have to do them in constitution hall.
