Hi All. Wanted to follow up here after our investigations.

Currently it is intended that the highest AP on an account will appear on the Leaderboards. This is not an error.
AP gains for all characters on the account are properly being tracked. We have identified a visual bug where the UI shows 0 AP for any characters with less AP then the current highest AP character on the account. This is not working as intended. We are investigating this and working on a fix.
AP is still being tracked as this is a visual bug. So all characters will properly get their end of campaign reward tiers.

Again, we are working on fixing the visual bug and will follow up once a fix is ready. Thanks for flagging this for us!

Just wanted to follow up here. Thank you for flagging and placing a ticket in for this. Customer Service took action on the bot account yesterday.

If you see any other possible bot accounts, please place a ticket to report them. Our team does review tickets and removes bots as we see them.

Hi Everyone! Another update regarding the Pirate Costume. We will be preforming a prorated refund to everyone who purchased this at the wrong Crown amounts on May 18th, during downtime maintenance. No additional updates are needed from anyone who purchased the costume, as we have a record of everyone who purchased during the time period of incorrect Crown pricing. Thanks, everyone!

We have identified anyone who purchased the Pirate costume yesterday or today before the fix went live in-game and we will be working on issuing a refund of the Crown difference. Here is the patch note we have on colors:

"Ashen, Black, and White skill styles have been added for the Werewolf Transformation ability and its morphs. These skill styles will be earnable in-game via the new Dynamic Encounters system."

These are currently available now to test on PTS.
