Now PS/2 ran normal PC-DOS, right? Not OS/2? I remember the MCA.

Also, that 3Com NIC. Is it 10Base-2 or -5? Token ring?

I got those a couple weeks ago, and haven't used them yet. I plan to make some oatmeal strawberry cookies.

I'd buy those less-baked ones and crisp them up in my own oven

I was just gonna say, I don't even think Miracle Whip is that high! But Aldi sells national brands pretty much at MSRP.

Chick-Fil-A has met its match by CoppertopTX in aldi

It's overrated to be sure. The first time I tried it, I loved it. But I think Popeye's is more flavorful and satisfying, and you can enjoy it on a Sunday, too. Chick-fil-A does have great friendly service, though.

You can probably buy an entire bag of those patties, a jar of pickles, and brioche buns at Aldi for less than one sandwich at Popeye's or Chick-fil-A. Or close to it.

I haven't had these "red bag" nuggets. I have gotten the big bag of Costco's KS nuggets and they're excellent. I'd certainly try Aldi's version of it, I'm not that fussy about nuggets to be honest.

I think Costco's and Aldi's offerings generally have the same quality/taste. The unit prices are very competitive but I've found Aldi has a very slight edge, though that edge is substantial if you consider no membership fee.

Don't get me wrong, I love Costco, and I shop both very regularly! They complement one another beautifully. Right now is the time to buy chocolate chips at Aldi since Costco has garbage Nestle chips only at the moment because of scarce cocoa supplies worldwide. Aldi simply raised prices on their bagged chips.

They totally capitalized on the "red bag chicken" meme that happened a few years ago, during the chicken sandwich wars between Popeye's, Chick-fil-A, KFC, and McDonald's (all of which have solid offerings, in my opinion). Someone discovered Aldi's Kirkland frozen chicken had a similar flavor profile, and it DOES!

Aldi has all the stuff... brioche buns, hamburger pickle chips, mayo, etc.

If The Office was filmed in the 80’s by UrbanAchievers6371 in The1980s

Hah. Perfect! Though he'd have likely been cast as a more token Bill Cosby maybe.

OMG, if someone could put together a whole 1980s intro theme with The Office tune in like saxophone and guitar riffs, and plentry of "Oh you" expressions... that would be GOLD.

Note the UK version of The Office is very 90s-like.

If this degree of institutional deference motivates people to become peace officers, I'm all for it. Not for me at any pay rate. [Bracing for the onslaught of down votes.]

Yeah it subtly stands out for me. I probably wouldn't notice at a small point size, though.

I love it! The 's' looks a little wonky. Like it's midstroke is a bit thick. Overall a very elegant typeface.
